TECHNICALL BUILDING

Three kinds of rooms, built by people who read the equipment sheets.

  • 2024 Minnesota Energy Code, commercial provisions per ASHRAE 90.1-2019
  • 2026 National Electrical Code for electrical permits filed on or after August 17, 2026

The 2026 Minnesota State Building Code is in development. We check the edition in force at the date of permit for every project.

Work we don't take on

  • New buildings and additions from the ground up
  • Building exteriors, roofs and windows
  • Houses and 1–4 unit residential work
  • Full-floor office tenant improvements without a technical room in scope

Keeping the scope narrow is how we keep our pricing and schedules accurate.
